DESCRIPTION
Bike Tour:
Biking is good for the health and the soul. It is one of the most complex exercises to prevent back pains, protect the joints and stimulate the immune and circulatory system
Our circuit starts in Biciclot Maritim and we will be riding along the beaches, parks and the maritim area. This route is perfect for people that are not used to ride a bicycle everyday.
Points of Interest: Barceloneta, Olympic Port, Beaches, Fórum, Parque Diagonal Mar, Rambla de Poblenou y Parks in Poblenou.
The biketour includes: Bicycle rental, Helmets, Tour leaders & On-Road mechanics, all equipped with all necessary tools, Medicine kit, bottle of water and insurance
Thalassotherapy:
The word Thalassotherapy comes from the Greek and means the use of the beneficial aspects of the marine environment for therapeutic purposes.. The minerals in the seawater (magnesium, potassium, calcium sulphates and sodium) are absorbed through the skin stimulating circulation, relaxing the articulations, fighting cellulite and getting rid of the stress.
The Thalassotherapy includes: entrance fee (two hours), use of pools with salty seawater and sweet water, Thalasso circuit, saunas, steam bath, warm marble and fitness center. It is obligatory to wear bath cap, slipers and swimming suit. In the fitness center is obligatory to wear sport clothing and to bring a towel.
Reservation Policies:
1.- The tour must be confirmed 15 days in advance
2.- The confirmation of the tour is made by a payment of the 100% of the total price.
3.- Changes on the number of participants could not be made, once the reservation is confirmed.
4.- Charges in case of cancellation:
30% when the tour is already confirmed by payment
50% when it is cancelled one day before the tour
100% the same day of the tour*
*in case of bad weather conditions, the charge will be a 50% with Thalassotherapy
