Summer Internship in tourism by bicycle, in Barcelona

We are a small but very dynamic bicycle cooperative in Barcelona. We are looking for interns in tourism/customer service for our bike rental store at the beach in the Barceloneta. We are looking for responsible, energetic, and friendly students to help us serve guests from different countries.

Job Description:

• Costumer service and information (helping the client when renting a bicycle – adjust bicycles, route recommendations, etc)
• Sales
• Develop your own project in the field of online marketing and promotion
• Communication by phone and email with the clients

Skills requirements

• English
• Basic Spanish or Catalan
• Ability to work well with other team members, as well as alone without direct supervision
• Bicycle mechanics is a plus.
• No previos working experience required
